30 CPD – You Are The Message! & Shall We Dance... With Colour & Style
A cool Saturday morning; guests convened at the Lebanese Garden Restaurant to cut sandwiches and strong Arabica Coffee.
This was to be a morning of applied management theory – with two internationally renowned speakers: Dr. Ruud West and long time OXCEL facilitator; Dr. Peter Shepherd.
Ruud started us off. Utilising 25 years’ experience as a teacher and trainer, he guided us through the challenges of the office – discussing how members might better apply themselves and overcome these modern career pitfalls.
Breaking for more coffee and snacks we reconvened for Dr. Shepherd and his tested approaches to personnel management based on personality typing and assessment of individual strengths and abilities.
Two thoughtful and entertaining presentations – we broke for a Middle Eastern lunch with all the trimmings of five star grandeur
