Aim
The Oxford Centre for Leadership (OXCEL) as a global leadership body and Institut Bank-Bank Malaysia (IBBM) believe that leaders need to be equipped with the right tools to weather the storm during a crisis. The survival of businesses is critical to national development. The conference intends to create a platform for stakeholders from both private and government sectors to discus the way forward to managing businesses during crisis. This conference will provide a framework for the business community to thrive in a tight market.

Format
