OXCEL Achievers Residential – Pullman Lakeside Hotel, Putrajaya – 23-25 November 2009
Combining the splendour and luxury of a sultanate’s palace, the Pullman played host to an extra special OXCEL Achievers Residential.
Travelling hours and traversing the country, guests arrived for what was to be an intimate and select coaching session from some of OXCEL’s top and most trusted facilitators.
The first day started with a bang. Greeted by international team and management consultant; Helen Langhammer, the guests learnt innovative techniques for profiling oneself and subordinates – focusing on team optimisation through diverse and competent management strategy.
Day two was dedicated to Mr. Michel Gagne – international trainer and OXCEL Asia Pacific director – leading us through a journey of examination and inspiration as we explored the mindset of the High Achiever.
This was adult learning to be savoured and enjoyed in surroundings befitting the royals of Malaysian antiquity.
We ended day two with a luxurious dinner aboard a jetty listening to the awe inspiring guidance and story of Dato’ Ghazali Bin Dato’ Yusoff, OXCEL Advisor.
The programme was by this point drawing to a close but not before one final evening of conversation and merriment amongst iconcic surroundings of the Pullman Lakeside Putrajaya.
We checked out the following morning for our final day of coaching – a lesson in unleashing our true potential – led by longtime OXCEL facilitator Mr. Gerald Bradley. Gerald’s depth of experience was invaluable in invigorating real and longlasting change, thus explaining the scale of international demand for his innovative and pioneering strategies.
The day ended with gifts, smiles, merriment and handshakes following a closing address by Dato’ Ghazali Bin Dato’ Yusoff. Exchanging phone numbers and contact details, we promised to stay in contact and reminisce again at the Awards Cermeony on 12 December 2009.
The last residential seminar to be held in Malaysia – this had been an occasion to remember.
