After a two month break OXCEL members convened for the 28^th CPD of its kind.

The long awaited event was to be held upon the private tour ship of the Mines resort.

Navigating the circumference of the Mines Lake, guests listened intently to an inspiring presentation by top salesman – Marco Robinson.

Starting from zero, with no formal University education, Marco has a track record of transforming profit margins and exceeding growth forecasts at the top flight of international business. He is now known as one of the most successful motivational speakers on the circuit with a number one bestseller that people are calling a ‘must read’ guide to heightened sales performance.

Complimenting this street-smart map to affluence came an academic assessment of the errors of the late Lehman Brothers holdings company. Launching his new book, Professor Dr. Bala Shanmugam; Chair of Accounting and Finance and also Director of Banking and Finance of Monash University, took us through the actions and errors that led to the bank’s demise.

The event ended with words of praise, with guests queuing for author signatures for the respective books.
